It's a wedding, dearie

Takeo sighed, "well... would anyone like to check on the groom with me? He didnt seem himself when i spoke to him..."

Katrina was nervous and twitchy with Shaw touching her face, "weddings are stressful and pretentious and makeup is a stupid invention and I should go out there looking my worst and if ichii would still marry me while my face is a mess and my bare feet and sweater then he's a special kind of crazy."

Ocular threw Takeo a glance, "I'll pass thanks. I have no feelings of affection or care for the man so I'l l be over here." And with that he found himself a nook, sat, pulled out his book and started to read.

Xun sighed. "All of this drama is setting off bad vibes." He walked back to the dorms and decided to take a small nap.

"Yes, well I'm afraid on occasion we must oblige to certain social standards, whether we want to or not." Shaw finishes Katrina's basic make-up and hands her a tube of lipstick. "I trust you can at least do this one?"

Takeo glared after xun, frustrated he didnt step us, as ichii was HIS classmate. "fine" he snapped, "i'll be in charge of EVERYTHING since NO one seems willing to help with this damn wedding!!" he stomped off muttering obscenities under his breath

With shaw's help and passive aggressive encouragement Katrina was able to get ready for the big event. She walked into the hall where she found ocular.

Ocular looked up from his book, caught off guard his jaw nearly fell open as his eyes widened. She was gorgeous. He envied Ichii's luck. Standing he bowed his head slightly in respect before looking her in the eye. "Wow..."

Shaw walked out after her, having done her own make-up as well. "Remind me to tell Ichii that he's welcome."

Takeo decided to go check on ichii and hurried to him, he found ichii standing, alone in the gardens. "what are you doing out here so early?"
ishii turned and looked at takeo, "why waiting of course. I trust my friends to encourage katrina to come. she's strong and i know she can do it." he looked toward the entrance. He was wearing a white suit, it looked unusual on him, for he usually wore black. He seemed a bit different, still him, but he seemed more content than usual. Like the storm in his head had calmed and he was sane again.
Takeo sighed, "yeah she's a mess, but she'll pull it together. You guys are an odd match, but i think you're good for eachother."

"Well I guess this is it.." She said to ocular, kissing his cheek before linking arms with Xun to walk to the garden

He nodded. He went on his way to garden and took a seat to watch everything unfold.

Xun carefully but firmly helped Katrina walk forward.

Shaw made her way to the garden, she felt a twinge of pride at the thought of her helping Katrina, it felt odd to have someone she could potentially call friend. She made it to the garden and took a seat.

Takeo stood akwardly up with ichii, he didnt like that he was forced into a suit and his hair was actually brushed for once in his life.
ichii was grinning his stupid grin and looked back to his crazy normal self
the preist who stood there looked very bored and obviously wasnt interested in being there

Katrina walked with her arm in xuns. Her father would never do this.. but here was xun.. they'd shared a few laughs together.. talked about edgy jewelry and fashion.. he was a good guy to talk to and he was always there for her.. she totally owed him a few drinks

Ocular watched all of this happen with a monotone face. Inside this was killing him however he wished Katrina all the happyness in the world.

"Don't be nervous because you're squeezing my arm." He should learn to take his own advice. He definitely didn't enjoy weddings at all, but made an attempt for a friend. "Just breathe. This is what you've been anticipating."
